Healthy Buildings’ Role
Healthy Buildings served as a technical consultant focusing on the Energy and Atmosphere (EA) and Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) credits. We provided technical services to meet and document difficult prerequisites including; EAp1 (Fundamental Commissioning), EAc2 (Enhanced Commissioning), IEQc3.1 (Construction IAQ Management Plan—During Construction), and
IEQc3.2 (Construction IAQ Management Plan—After Construction).

Project Highlights

  • The commissioning process provided MEP quality control throughout the project, from design and construction through to occupancy.
  • Measures taken by the team during construction ensured good air quality within the build-out and the surrounding area.
  • Following construction, air quality testing verified the tenants were occupying a healthy and productive indoor space.
